Juba government recognised by Alston
Alston, NCD, Jul 9 – The Siroccan Government has recognised the government of the Republic of South Sudan today after the peaceful secession of the macronation.
After consideration by the Premier, it was decided to formally recognise the state of the Republic of South Sudan after it this morning seceded from the Republic of Sudan, also known as North Sudan.
“This is a great move for peace in the battered region” the Premier said this morning. “I hope that these two nations will be able to share a common border without resorting to violence to push forward their individual aims.”
South Sudan came into being after a January 2011 referendum to decide the fate of the region after two bloody civil wars between 1955-1972 and 1983-2005.
Today, Southern Sudan is already recognized by the InterMicronational(aka MicroWiki) community.
Our motto:
“We recognize it first!”
LONG LIVE JUBA!
